Registration and submission procedure
- Seluruh proses pengelolaan naskah dilakukan sepenuhnya secara daring (online) melalui situs jurnal.
- Seluruh proses pengiriman naskah dan penelaahan sejawat (peer review) dilakukan menggunakan Open Journal System (OJS), bukan melalui email.
Berikut prosedurnya:

Daftar (Membuat Akun)
Klik menu “Register” pada bagian atas halaman situs, kemudian isi formulir pendaftaran.
Lengkapi formulir profil Anda, terutama kolom bertanda bintang (*) yang menunjukkan informasi wajib diisi.
Gunakan alamat email aktif yang akan digunakan untuk korespondensi.
Sebelum menekan tombol Register, pastikan Anda mencentang kotak konfirmasi agar nama pengguna (username) dan kata sandi (password) dikirim ke email aktif Anda. -
Periksa Email Notifikasi
Cek notifikasi dari jurnal GHP di email Anda (baik di kotak masuk maupun folder spam), kemudian aktifkan akun melalui tautan yang dikirim. -
Masuk ke Akun (Login)
Setelah akun aktif, masuk ke akun Anda dengan mengklik menu “Login” di bagian atas halaman situs, lalu masukkan username dan password yang dibuat saat pendaftaran.
Setelah berhasil masuk ke sistem jurnal GHP, penulis akan diarahkan ke (online submission interface).
Pada tahap ini, penulis harus mengklik menu “New Submission” untuk memulai proses pengiriman naskah baru.
Langkah 1 – Memulai Pengiriman Naskah
Penulis wajib memberi tanda centang (✓) pada daftar periksa jurnal (journal checklist) sesuai dengan isi artikel.
Selain itu, penulis harus menulis catatan untuk editor (comments for editor) berisi alasan pribadi mengapa artikel ini diajukan dan mengapa layak untuk diterbitkan.
Langkah 2 – Mengunggah Naskah
Untuk mengunggah naskah ke sistem jurnal:

Klik tombol Browse/Choose File pada bagian Upload Submission File.

Pilih dokumen naskah dengan format .doc atau .docx, lalu klik Upload hingga file berhasil diunggah.
Langkah 3 – Memasukkan Metadata Naskah
Pada tahap ini, penulis harus mengisi secara lengkap metadata semua penulis satu per satu, termasuk menentukan penulis korespondensi (corresponding author).
Setelah itu, salin dan tempel (copy–paste) judul naskah, abstrak, serta kata kunci ke dalam kotak teks yang disediakan.
Langkah 4 – Mengunggah Berkas Pendukung
Unggah berkas pendukung seperti:

Surat Keterangan Etik (Ethical Clearance)
Klik tombol Browse, pilih berkas yang akan diunggah, kemudian klik Upload.
Jika tidak ada berkas pendukung, cukup klik tombol Save and Continue untuk melanjutkan ke tahap berikutnya.
Langkah 5 – Konfirmasi Pengiriman
Pada tahap ini, penulis harus memeriksa kembali seluruh dokumen naskah yang telah diunggah.
Jika sudah benar dan lengkap, klik tombol Finish Submission untuk mengirim naskah jurnal.
Penulis korespondensi atau kontak utama akan menerima email konfirmasi bahwa naskah telah berhasil dikirim.
Penulis juga dapat memantau perkembangan proses naskah (status penelaahan dan proses editorial) kapan saja dengan masuk ke akun OJS.
Catatan Tambahan
Setelah pengiriman selesai, penulis akan mendapatkan email konfirmasi otomatis tentang status pengiriman naskah. Penulis dapat melacak status naskah secara langsung melalui sistem daring, termasuk proses penelaahan sejawat (peer review) dan penyuntingan (editorial process).

Registration Steps

All manuscript management processes are carried out entirely online through the journal’s website.

All manuscript submissions and peer-review processes are conducted using the Open Journal System (OJS), not via email.
Procedure:
1. Register (Create an Account)

Click the “Register” menu at the top of the website page, then fill out the registration form.

Complete your profile form, especially the fields marked with an asterisk (*) which indicate required information.

Use an active email address that will be used for correspondence.

Before clicking the Register button, make sure you check the confirmation box so that your username and password are sent to your active email.
2. Check Notification Email

Check the notification from the GHP journal in your email (both inbox and spam folder), then activate your account through the link provided.
3. Log In to Your Account

After your account is activated, log in by clicking the “Login” menu at the top of the website, then enter the username and password created during registration.
Online Manuscript Submission Steps
After successfully logging into the GHP journal system, authors will be directed to the online submission interface. At this stage, authors must click “New Submission” to begin submitting a new manuscript.
Step 1 – Starting the Manuscript Submission

Authors must check (✓) the journal’s checklist according to the content of the article.

Authors must also write comments for the editor, including personal reasons for submitting the article and why it is suitable for publication.
Step 2 – Uploading the Manuscript
To upload the manuscript to the journal system:

Click the Browse/Choose File button in the Upload Submission File section.

Select the manuscript document in .doc or .docx format, then click Upload until the file is successfully uploaded.
Step 3 – Entering Manuscript Metadata
At this stage, authors must completely fill in the metadata for all authors one by one, including designating the corresponding author.
Then, copy and paste the manuscript title, abstract, and keywords into the text boxes provided.
Step 4 – Uploading Supporting Documents
Upload supporting documents such as:

Ethical Clearance Letter
Click the Browse button, select the file to be uploaded, then click Upload.
If there are no supporting documents, simply click Save and Continue to proceed to the next step.
Step 5 – Submission Confirmation
At this stage, authors must recheck all manuscript files that have been uploaded.
If everything is correct and complete, click Finish Submission to send the manuscript to the journal.
The corresponding author or main contact person will receive a confirmation email stating that the manuscript has been successfully submitted.
Authors can also monitor the progress of the manuscript (review status and editorial process) at any time by logging into their OJS account.
Additional Notes
After submission is complete, authors will receive an automatic confirmation email regarding the manuscript submission status. Authors can track the manuscript status directly through the online system, including the peer-review and editorial processes.
