Peer Reviewer Process

Reviewing Process

During the review process, each manuscript will be evaluated by at least two reviewers (double-blind peer review)  with expertise relevant to the research topic. If two reviewers are assigned, the first reviewer's consideration will serve as the primary reference for the editor in making the final decision.

Each reviewer is given a period of two weeks to two months to complete one round of review. The revised manuscript submitted by the author must address all reviewer comments and clearly demonstrate that revisions have been made in accordance with the feedback provided.

Reviewer Selection

Prospective reviewers are selected based on their academic reputation, both nationally and internationally, as reflected in the number and quality of their scientific publications and research experience. Subsequently, the editor will send an official invitation letter to each potential reviewer. Once the reviewer confirms their availability, the editor will create a reviewer account in the Open Journal System (OJS) and send the manuscript through the platform.

Review System

The entire review process is conducted using a double-blind review system, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential from each other. All stages of the review process are fully managed by the editor through the OJS platform.

Manuscript Policy

Only manuscripts that have not been previously published and are not under consideration elsewhere will be considered for publication. Expect on average 12 weeks from submission to publication.
